and supporting documents stating that i'am the one that will have supervision over him,do have an idea of any other documents that may be helpful?My spouse is ordered not to leave florida and i trying to get a compassionant reassignment ?
I am assuming he is restricted to FL due to a criminal charge. And I am assuming you want him to be able to go to another state where you live.
They are not going to allow you to do this. The way this works is that the state where he wants to go must accept him for supervision. Most states don't want to take on that responsibility for other states. This just part of doing the crime.
