You have to divorce the spouse.Can legal action be taken against a spouse for disclosing sensitive and persional information to persons in a?
Nothing can really be done unless you are divorced.





Basically the judge will just look at you and go whatever. It is something to be worked out between a couple or decide not to be one. If you live together and if you were able to get some kind of judgement that would just screw up your household more.





You can't really give a spouse a gag order as access to personal information is a given. If someone is saying crap you could step away and not care as you doing right.... and if so you would not care what anybody says.





The judge's hands are tied until you fix your situation or get a divorce. The law can do nothing until you decide and take hold of things.
If it's lies, I suppose you could sue for slander and/or libel.


If it's based in truth, you'll have to suck it up.





In either case, get a divorce if it gets to you that badly.
